The Trail of Lights in Zilker Park takes you on a festive, beautiful mile long walk through a twinkling light display. Bring the whole family and a cup of hot cocoa to make the most of this holiday walk!
The one of a kind tree that was lit up at the Zilker Tree Lighting is actually a moon tower! The 150-foot tree was first lit on November 29th, but is lit up each night through December 31st. Visitors are invited to walk around, and under, the tree to take in the lights and streamers that flow down from the top.
Luminations at the Wildflower Center only takes place for one weekend a year, and is not a display that you will want to miss out on. Thousands of twinkling lights and luminaries light up the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center on December 12th and 13th. Make sure to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank to help make everyone’s holiday season enjoyable.
